Activities to get involved with are:
- Mock Interviews – Throughout their time at Guiseley, all our KS4 students have a ‘mock interview’ with a business professional – they have to prepare for and dress as if it was a real job interview and are given feedback afterwards.
- Join us at our Careers Fair – looking for your next employees? Come to our fairs where we invite KS4 & 5 students to find out more about the apprenticeship opportunities available.
- Offer a work experience placement – our Year 12 students take part in one week of work experience in July.
- Offer Apprenticeship opportunities for school leavers? Join our database to be advertised to our students within their careers provision during tutor time
- Deliver an assembly or school talk – speak to our students about the career path you have taken to provide them information on specific career areas.
- Join our Alumni network and find out about employer events and opportunities within school.
