On 6th July, the Guiseley Schoolrun brought together over 70 enthusiastic runners, including students, parents, teachers, and community members, for a fun 5km run. The cool, dry weather made for perfect running conditions, and the school field was filled with cheering spectators and marshalls who kept everyone's spirits high.
After the run, everyone gathered in the school hall to relax with drinks and enjoy a well-stocked tombola. The atmosphere was lively, with The Bellatones providing fantastic live acoustic music.
We are thrilled to announce that the event raised £500 for the Guiseley School 3G Pitch Fund, thanks to everyone's generous contributions.

A special shoutout goes to Evie Cousins, a former Guiseley School student and now a member of the Leeds Rhinos who kicked off the race and added a touch of excitement to the day.
Thank you to everyone who participated and supported the event. It was a wonderful day, filled with community spirit and fun. We can't wait to see you for the next one!
